3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
